The town offers great dining plus plenty to do on the river as well as access to the South Devon coastal path and wonderful beaches to enjoy with your family. We offer parking on site plus additional unlimited spaces on our quiet road

The house is arranged over 3 floors and offers 5 bedrooms (3 ensuite) for 9 people plus cot (if required). The bedrooms are on the Top Floor and the Garden level with the communal areas on the Middle floor – Lounge Kitchen Dining Study Utility and Cloakroom.

We offer short breaks (minimum of 3 nights) all year round for groups 0f 9 excluding the school holiday weeks (Xmas, New year, Easter, Half Terms and the Summer holidays) when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.
